Easiest Way to Avoid Holiday Weight Gain

With the holiday season arriving, many of us are concerned about the potential weight gain from all the delicious foods. Turkey, ham, dressing, sweet potato pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and chocolate cake are just a few to name. Recent studies have shown that these foods make you fat when you eat them. So a real quick tip to avoid weight gain this year, don’t eat. Simple. Just drink water. Maybe a few saltine crackers. While everyone else is enjoying these delicious foods and getting fat, you, thanks to me, will be sitting back enjoying your soggy crackers and laughing at these ignorant out of shape people. Well, since I just got through doing a push-up, I’m going to eat some pecan pie. That sure did sound good when I typed it up there ^.
